Ford Motor Company recognized Brasher’s Sacramento Auto Auction as its #1 auction in 2009 for its Open Sale, presenting them with its Golden Gavel Award. The award designates Brasher’s Sacramento Auto Auction as the top auction in the country for its Ford Credit sale.

This award marks the 6th time Brasher’s Sacramento Auto Auction has received a Golden Gavel Award from Ford, and the 14th time the auction has been recognized by Ford since 1996. The auction has been named Ford’s top factory auction four times, and Ford’s top open sale twice.

Linda Silverstein, Manager Vehicle Remarketing for Ford, presented the Golden Gavel Award to auction owner John Brasher during the NAAA Annual Conference in San Francisco.

“With six Golden Gavel Awards and eight Auction Achievement Awards to their credit, Brasher’s Sacramento Auto Auction has worked hard to produce results for Ford Motor Company,” said Silverstein. “We’re pleased to recognize the relationship that we’ve enjoyed with Brasher’s in Sacramento for nearly two decades, and to acknowledge the service that dealers have come to expect from a Ford Sponsored Auction.”

Brasher’s Sacramento Auto Auction features consignment from Ford Credit every other Tuesday at 8:45 am, and holds a Ford Factory Sale every other Tuesday at 11:30 am.
